Job Description
Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist the Property Manager with duties such as leasing, accounting, and staff management. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of these disciplines and be able to perform the responsibilities of the Property Manager in their absence. Evening and weekend work is typical.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalency
- Basic office administration and mathematics
- LIHTC Experience
- One year of OneSite experience preferred
- One year of assistant manager experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
