The Maintenance Assistant works under the supervision of the Director of Plant Operations to perform repairs, complete preventive maintenance, and help maintain a safe, functional, and visually appealing community.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings
- Basic technical skills
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
