Care Worker

Integrated Resources, Inc. is seeking a Care Worker to facilitate department workflow by supporting clinical team with various care coordination workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience in a managed care environment and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Experience in a managed care environment, integrated medical and behavioral health care and/or training in chronic pain management
• Understanding of plan benefit structures, psychiatric/medical terminology, and local communication resources
• Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
