Pharmacy Technician

Integrated Resources, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to respond to customer inquiries, resolve prescription benefit plan issues, and educate customers on cost-effective options. The ideal candidate will have a PTCB license, strong data entry skills, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• PTCB license preferred but not required
• Strong data entry and 10-key skills
• Basic math skills required
• P.C. literate
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational ability
• Ability to work in fast-paced, production environment
• Basic understanding of pharmacy practice including drug therapies and general drug information
• Exceptional oral communication and customer service skills
