Job Description
Integrated Resources, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to respond to customer inquiries, resolve prescription benefit plan issues, and educate customers on cost-effective options. The ideal candidate will have a PTCB license, strong data entry skills, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- PTCB license preferred but not required
- Strong data entry and 10-key skills
- Basic math skills required
- P.C. literate
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational ability
- Ability to work in fast-paced, production environment
- Basic understanding of pharmacy practice including drug therapies and general drug information
- Exceptional oral communication and customer service skills
