P&C Broker & Underwriter (West Coast)

Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is a growth stage technology and data-driven commercial MGA and insurance wholesaler. We are seeking a P&C Broker & Underwriter to grow our book of business for our Wholesale Broking Division in the West Coast, with a focus on casualty and construction accounts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in a commercial insurance brokerage or production underwriting environment specific to casualty offerings
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• Wholesale or retail agency/brokerage experience required
• Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision in a fully remote setting
• Strong external communication with markets and internally with team members
• Critical attention to details
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
