Job Description
Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is seeking a Commercial Lines Product Manager (CLPM) to focus on P&C insurance lines with complex, high-touch case underwriting, high limits of exposure and long-tailed loss profiles. The CLPM will work closely with underwriting business unit leaders, the company's technology team, and finance and executive management to optimize MGA gross margin for the assigned P&C insurance programs through premium production, loss ratio management and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain product scorecards to monitor key product performance indicators
- Acquire Subject Matter Expertise on insured policy and claim data
- Work with underwriting business unit leaders to manage rating plans
- Develop a detailed understanding of key competitors and market segments
