AI Video Editor, Team Lead

We are seeking an AI Video Editor Lead/Performance Videographer to help scale high-volume direct response creative. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience editing direct response performance creatives and proficiency in AI video generation and enhancement tools. The role involves producing high-quality paid social performance creatives, collaborating with creative strategists, and managing multiple creative experiments simultaneously. The candidate should have a strong understanding of conversion-focused editing and be able to interpret creative briefs with minimal revision cycles.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience editing direct response performance creatives for paid social platforms
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused editing, including hooks, pacing, storytelling, and call-to-action structure
• Hands-on experience using AI video generation and enhancement tools within production workflows
• Proficiency with core editing platforms such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent
• Working knowledge of creative design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Figma
• Experience collaborating closely with creative strategists, growth teams, or performance marketing teams
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and execute with minimal revision cycles
• Strong communication skills and comfort participating in real-time feedback sessions
