We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of Rain Media. The ideal candidate is assertive, organized, and proactive, with 6+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced environments. The role involves managing calendars, inboxes, and communications, as well as handling personal logistics like travel and household coordination.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives (CEO, Founder, or President level)
- Proven experience handling professional tasks with confidentiality
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (media, eCommerce, or tech a plus)
- Strong skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy, familiar with Slack, ClickUp, Dropbox, and Zoom
