Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst OPS to join our agile team Camunda Operations and KYC in Prague. The ideal candidate will have experience in process optimization, business analysis, and data analysis, with a focus on banking operations. Language proficiency in Czech and English (B1/B2 level) is required.
Requirements
- Analysis of end-to-end processes
- Mapping of the business environment and communication with key users
- Collection and analysis of business requirements
- Preparation of solution proposals and analytical documentation
- Collaboration on the creation of estimates of the workload of new and changed requirements
- Collaboration on the design of interfaces and technical solutions
- Effective communication and analysis
- Experience with CASE tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect / Camunda Modeler)
- Experience in describing data structures (XSD, XML, JSON) and UML
- Familiarity with data analysis and AI technologies
- High level of communication
