Requirements

• Initiates and completes a detailed patient assessment
• Orders and initiates appropriate medication, treatment, and consultation based on data analysis
• Orders or performs routine procedures, including wound care, injections, and blood draws
• Educates patients regarding prescribed treatment
• Reports to a supervising physician and Operations Manager
• Adheres to standard precautions and follows best practices for infection control
• May require Physical Demands Project SharePoint site consultation or risk assessment.
