Physical Therapist - Acute - Southwest Medical Center

The Physical Therapist is responsible for managing, delivering, documenting, and achieving outcomes of professional physical therapy services to patients in accordance with an established physical plan of care. This position requires population-specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals.

Requirements

• Interprets referrals; examines, evaluates, develops, and modifies physical therapy plan of care
• Coordinates patient care with other clinical team members
• Directs Physical Therapy Assistants to perform specific components of treatment and interventions
