Requirements
- Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization or performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks
- Hands-on experience with analytics and heatmapping tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO)
