Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in nutrition or dietetics
- Registration as a Dietitian in the state
- 2 years of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility, or other related medical facility
- Training in cost control, food management, and diet therapy
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to make independent decisions and deal tactfully with personnel and residents
