Requirements

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients
• Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families
• Supervising, counseling, and providing discipline to nurse staff
• Ensuring unit meets federal and state regulatory standards and company policies
• Collaborating with Director of Nursing, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians
• Completing admission and discharge assessments
• Auditing and completing charting, evaluations, medical forms, and other administrative tasks
• Identifying procedural problems and resolving issues
