ENGINEER III – SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Integrity Communications Solutions is seeking an early-career Systems Engineer (SE III) to support the System Integration & Engineering (SIE) team on a Department of Defense (DoD) satellite communications (SATCOM) ground systems program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
• 2-4 years of experience in systems engineering, integration, or technical program support
• Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., IBM DOORS or equivalent)
• Basic understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes (requirements, design, integration, verification)
• Experience supporting technical documentation, engineering artifacts, or team deliverables
• Strong organizational, communication, and technical writing skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, multi-IPT environment
• Active DoD Secret clearance (and ability to obtain TS)
