We are seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to provide daily support to a Logistics Account Executive. The Logistics Coordinator will report to the Sales Support Manager and be responsible for phone and email communication, appointment setting, check calls, and load building.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Proficiency in keyboarding and ability to maintain technical knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Administrative experience and/or logistics brokerage experience a huge plus
- Focus, self-motivation, problem solving skills, and strong attention to detail
- Top notch customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting
- Positive attitude and effective communication skills
