The Sales Account Executive will master foundational sales, operations, and customer service processes through a structured training program and apply these skills to build and manage a personal book of business.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Post-secondary education in business, sales, or logistics preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused and productive in a goal-driven environment
- Effective problem-solving skills and high level of attention to detail
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn and develop negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and strong verbal and written communications skills
- Proficiency in keyboarding and comfort using technology, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfort level working with phone systems and load board software (training provided)
