Job Description
The Strategic Services Logistics Coordinator will oversee all aspects of LTL operations within their territory, assist with day-to-day operations, and support the sales team to close new business.
Requirements
- 2 years of transportation operations experience
- 2+ years of demonstrated customer service experience
- Excellent communication, both written and oral
- Ability to facilitate training and speak to peers and groups
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and pivot plans as needed
- Willingness to collaborate as a team and share ideas
