Construction Contracts Manager

As a Construction Commodity Manager, you will shape Intel's supply chain strategies, source and qualify new and existing key suppliers, develop construction contracting and compensation strategies, and lead the team through the construction contracting efforts. You will work closely with management from design engineering, finance, legal and Fab construction teams to deliver complex projects enabling Intel's manufacturing capacity.

Requirements

• Source and qualify new and existing key suppliers
• Develop and present rationale for construction contracting and compensation strategies
• Understand market conditions and use that knowledge in sourcing strategies
• Maintain performance metrics to measure the performance of the teams responsible for cost savings, on-time and quality performance
• Provide training and coaching to construction project managers, buyers, and project team members
