Job Description
The Logistics Operations Manager (LOM) manages the overall logistics of one or more categories and owns performance metrics to meet the operational needs of the logistics function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics operations or 3PL management, preferably in high-volume or ramp environments.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, bonded/LMW compliance, and supplier governance.
- Good knowledge of Malaysia customs regulations and experience working with local customs and brokers.
- Proficiency in SAP/WMS systems, inventory control, and performance metric tracking.
