Requirements

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master's/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling
• Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
• 200+ coaching hours as an ICF Coach or 300+ post-graduation clinical hours as a Counsellor
