Requirements

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling
• Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches
• 200+ coaching hours (ICF Coaches) or 300+ post-graduation clinical hours (Counsellors)
• Fluency in English and German
