Requirements

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling
• Expertise: Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
• Experience: ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hours
• Languages: Fluency in English and the local language
• Preferred Background: Experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
