Requirements
- Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling
- Expertise: Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
- Experience: ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hours
- Languages: Fluency in English and the local language
