Job Description
The Behavioral Health Coach will support clients' mental health and personal growth through telehealth video sessions, focusing on sub-clinical cases and setting goals for clients. Collaborative work with the internal clinical team is also required.
Requirements
- Active International Coaching Federation Certification or Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling
- Skilled in coaching techniques and/or evidence-based approaches
- ICF Coaches must have at least 200 coaching hours, Counsellors must have at least 300 clinical hours post graduation
- Proficient in English and local language
- Prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults or coaching managerial roles is prioritized
