Care Operations Intern

The Operations Intern will support the Operations and Provider Engagement teams across core execution and strategic enablement workstreams. This role contributes to the business by strengthening provider network operations, improving data visibility, supporting industry and market research, and enabling cross functional projects through structured analysis, documentation, and presentation of insights.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Healthcare Management, Psychology, Public Health, Economics, or a related field
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and structure
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic analysis to derive insights
• Ability to think logically and break down ambiguous problems into clear components
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Google Slides or PowerPoint and Google Sheets or Excel
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks with minimal handholding
