Requirements

• 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy-style consultations
• Deliver CISP (Critical Incident Stress Programme) virtually or onsite as needed
• Facilitate webinars and in-person seminars (optional)
• Support employees with wellbeing, stress, and resilience
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to improve EAP programs
