Requirements

• Coaches: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Psychology, Coaching, Counselling, HR or related field and certification with a recognised coaching body
• Counsellors & Clinical Psychologists: Counsellors: Master’s in Counselling, Counselling Psychology, or Social Work, active membership/registration and 1-3 years of supervised counselling experience; Clinical Psychologists: Master’s in Clinical Psychology from an APAC-accredited program and registration with the Psychologists Board of New Zealand and valid APC
• 1-3 years of coaching, counselling, or clinical experience
• Experience working with the Māori community, background in managerial or leadership support, prior EAP or workplace counselling experience, additional languages, and flexibility for occasional onsite sessions
