IntellectEU is seeking an Engineering Lead to coordinate engineering excellence across Digital Assets and AI initiatives. The role involves ensuring architectural coherence, engineering quality, and scalable delivery while shaping how AI agents are designed, governed, and integrated into blockchain-based and regulated systems.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- 3–5+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles
- Strong experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices
- Strong DevSecOps knowledge
- Experience designing scalable production systems
- Experience with blockchain platforms (enterprise or public)
- Understanding of smart contracts and distributed ledger concepts
- Familiarity with secure transaction systems and regulated environments
- Knowledge about DeFi concepts
- Experience integrating AI with external APIs, smart contracts, or transactional systems
- Experience with LLM architectures, agent-based and multi-agent systems, AI observability, governance, and MLOps/model lifecycle management.
- Deep experience with CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Skilled in observability, monitoring, and system performance tools
- Strong knowledge of quality tooling and testing frameworks
