Senior Systems Engineer (SAS)

As a Senior Systems Engineer at Intellectix, you'll ensure the security of crucial data, optimize IT infrastructure, and simplify business processes through cutting-edge software systems.

Requirements

• Architecting and developing Mission Systems software services
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in develop, test, and production environments
• Providing technical peer review and working collaboratively with other engineering and system teams
• Handling administrative, operational, and technical support tasks related to FlexNet Manager Suite (FNMS)
• Analyzing system data and creating regular reports and charts
• Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and licensing team
• Performing system administration and support tasks
• Applying system updates and performing Inventory Health Checks
• Implementing new rules and business adapters to collect current data
• Ensuring excluded devices and applications are included on the system
• Monitoring agent health and deploying the latest agent and beacon application
• Managing user account rights and accesses
• Implementing and maintaining automated processes to handle orphan, duplicated, and decommissioned devices
• Monitoring FNMS product releases/upgrades and applying patches as needed
• Implementing Flexera integration with third party vendor applications
