Global HR Lead (IR-517)

We are looking for a Global HR Lead who will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape and drive our people strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in IT/ services/ agency companies with 150–300+ people;
• Strong understanding of key HR areas (performance management, engagement, development, organizational effectiveness, HR metrics, etc.)
• Strong expertise in: HR Operations, Talent Management, Recruitment Processes, Employee Experience
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
