Job Description
IAI is looking for a technical program manager to work in a highly agile and dynamic R&D, technology transition and product development environment.
Requirements
- Lead a team of software developers, engineers, and scientists
- Cultivate and grow strong relationships with current and potential customers
- Develop and maintain project deliverables (project management plan, quality assurance plan, monthly status reports, monthly financial reports and project schedule)
- Work with multiple technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution
- Identify and control risks using risk mitigation strategies
- Communicate effectively with technical teams, internal stakeholders and customers
- Coordinate with the talent acquisition team when staffing needs arise
- Support the business development team with customer transition plans and proposal development
- Contribute to technical aspects of projects as needed
