Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with at least 5 years in an architecture or technical leadership role
- Deep experience in.NET/C# and experience in modern.NET 8, ASP.NET Core and WPF
- Designed and operated distributed systems with message-driven architectures (NServiceBus, Kafka or similar)
- Strong SQL Server experience including performance tuning, temporal tables, and change data capture
- Experience architecting cloud-native solutions
- Ability to Communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering and business stateholders
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker
- Ability to mentor developers, foster collaboration, and drive technical excellence within a team
- Experience with Agile methodologies and participation in Scrum ceremonies
