Design, develop, and evaluate electrical engineering systems for natural gas pipelines, compressor stations, and process equipment. Develop electrical engineering studies and plans. Guide and direct associate level engineers and technicians.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited college/university
- A minimum of two years of directly related experience in engineering related field
- Knowledge and application of principles in area of electrical engineering specialty
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Project management skills: ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
- Knowledge of applicable federal, state, local laws, regulations and the National Electric Codes
- Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining focus and calmness
- Proficient with the use of personal computers and automated tools
