Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
• Strong foundation in both web and mobile app design (iOS/Android) with shipped products
• Independent operator who thrives with high autonomy and minimal direction
• Systems thinking - ability to design cohesive experiences across multiple platforms and devices
• Excellent communication - ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
