We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Team Leader, Mechanical Engineering to manage, lead, and mentor the engineering staff that works on technology development within the Emerging Technologies Department.
Requirements
- Provide hands-on engineering work in designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to a multidisciplinary team focused on transitioning new technologies from R&D into production.
- Coordinate with Project Leads to establish project timelines and support or perform technical effort estimation.
- Monitor daily project operations and support team members in overcoming obstacles to enhance overall team efficiency and productivity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills demonstrated by preparing documentation, technical reports, and presentations.
- Develop and review project documentation including ICDs, test plans, and milestone review presentations.
- Collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels and across diverse technical backgrounds.
