Project Coordinator supports the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects by providing organized, timely, and detail-oriented coordination across all phases of work.
Requirements
- College degree preferred or experience in related field
- Good organizational skills and high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to complete multiple tasks and demands
- Able to identify and address production issues efficiently
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Adobe Illustrator & Premiere Pro
- Basic understanding of production processes and industry standards
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interaction
