Extrusion Technician A responsible for change-over and operation of lines, maintaining good housekeeping, safety, quality, and production quality, and working with other employees in assigned team.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED is preferred
• 3 year + Plastic blown film experience as an operator or 2/4 year degree related in the field
• Mechanical aptitude
• Process Maintenance
• Production and quality of 6 production lines
• Training Operator Trainees
• Identifying safety hazards
• Consistent, dependable attendance
• Managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
