The Director of Operations will oversee operations activities, ensuring contract and company compliance, and development of efficient operations and cost-effective systems.

Requirements

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains management-level staff in the department.
• Oversees the daily workflow of designated contract managers and their teams.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Administers internal control programs, as designated by the Vice President.
• Receives and executes technical directions from client points of contacts.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
