Join Inter as a Growth Analyst I to support the activation of new accounts in the Kids and Teen verticals, analyzing data and contributing to growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Social Communication, Engineering, Economics, or related areas
• Availability to work on-site at our office in Belo Horizonte
• Analytical profile and data-driven, with ability to transform information into decisions and concrete proposals
• Knowledge in Growth, Lifecycle, CRM, or digital engagement strategies
• Genuine analytical curiosity and willingness to learn
