Requirements

• Solid experience in Growth, CRM, data, and performance marketing applied to Digital Account products.
• Strong analytical capacity and experimentation mindset, with action in A/B tests and continuous optimization of results.
• Technical leadership and project management for complex projects, with action in cross-functional environments.
• Good communication, influence, and stakeholder relationship.
• Domination of analytical tools, SQL, CRM platforms, and CDP.
• Advanced English for interaction with teams, partners, and technical materials.
