Job Description
We are seeking a Participant Affairs, Senior Specialist to support the management and coordination of client enrollment and committee engagement activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling onboarding packages, responding to inquiries, and drafting correspondence for Interac's Products and Services. The role requires a strong critical thinker with analytical skills to identify, evaluate and resolve business challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- University/College education (or equivalent in experience)
- Familiarity with the payments industry and regulatory environment (an asset)
- Strong documentation development background, particularly in financial services
