Job Description
Join Interactive Brokers Japan Pte. Ltd. as an Account Opening & KYC Specialist. The successful candidate will provide high-quality client service to sophisticated retail clients, HNWIs, financial advisors, hedge fund operators, corporates, and other broker-dealers. You will correspond to inquiries and concerns externally, research and resolve client questions and/or issues, and multitask with a strong emphasis on AML and KYC knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years experience in Client Service and/or Financial Service preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong research, investigatory, and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate experience with MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
