Application Support Engineer

We seek an Application Support Engineer to join our Technical Operations (TOPS) team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to expand their financial and technical knowledge base, and possess superb analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Bachelor's degree or apprenticeship in a technical discipline
• 1-5 years of experience in Linux/Unix systems and incident management
• Ability to work day shifts during Hong Kong business hours, including weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis
