Compliance Analyst

Interactive Brokers U.K. Limited is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support the compliance programme for IBUK and contribute to regulatory oversight across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence gathering, and reporting skills within a fast-paced and complex operating environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or similar disciplines
• 1-2 years' experience in compliance, audit, risk, or business analysis
• Awareness of and interest in relevant regulatory frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with data analytics or data visualisation tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and eager to develop expertise
• Capable of working independently and collaborating within a team
