Requirements
- Linux, Mac, and Windows desktop hardware and software
- VPN / Remote Access
- Third-party and in-house software
- CompTIA A+ certification
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
