Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, STEM, or a related field
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with one to three years of experience in a customer-facing, finance, or technology role
- Self-motivated and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Curious about financial markets and the technology that powers them
- Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
- Analytical, adaptable, problem-solver, and able to remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable navigating advanced platforms, including desktop and mobile applications
- In-depth understanding of the following financial instruments: stocks, securities options, futures, options on futures, foreign exchange, crypto and fixed income
