Legal Counsel

Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, APAC, this role includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, advising on financial services regulation, and providing legal support for major client projects.

Requirements

• Lawyer qualified to practice in a common law jurisdiction
• 3-7+ years PQE in a common law jurisdiction
• Familiarity with regulatory processes, rules and codes in Australia, Hong Kong, or Singapore
• Proven experience and track record at a law firm, financial services regulatory agency, exchange or licensed financial services firm
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Cantonese and Mandarin language skills (written and verbal) would be an advantage
