Senior Data and Reporting Analyst

The role combines traditional facilities management with project management and data analysis to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management with data analytics, business intelligence, or equivalent analytical roles.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on project management experience with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX functions)
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data manipulation)
