The successful candidate will have experience in new business, sales, or growth roles in an agency environment or adjacent industry, and a proven track record of identifying and closing new opportunities.

- Previous new business, sales or growth roles in an agency environment or adjacent industry
- Proven success identifying and closing new opportunities, ultimately increasing revenue by generation and conversion of leads
- Comfortable working across offices and across teams
- Builds rapport and trust easily both internally and externally with prospective clients
- Energizes teams around a common goal
- Responds thoughtfully to feedback from clients and colleagues
- Always looking at ways to improve the pitch process in terms of efficiencies, timings and quality output
- Thrives on deeply understanding Interbrand’s IP, services, and offerings and stays up to date on latest global case studies
